Bank Transfers are also accepted - please contact our Client Services. Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 6 business days. When placing an order, your billing address should correspond to the address of your credit/debit card. If not, the order may not be processed. If you are unsure about your credit/debit card details, please check with your bank before submitting your order.
All transactions are secured with a provided SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Kultura Studios does not keep any credit/debit card information. If you need further assistance with the payment of your order, please contact our Client Services.
Invoices are issued for each purchase in the order confirmation sent to your email. Kultura Studios does not issue duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions of the general terms and conditions of sale.
However, in the event of theft or loss of the product, it is possible to issue a duplicate by providing supporting documents (copy of the complaint, declaration on honour and copy of your identity card). For more information, you can always contact our Client Services.
Online
You can check the product availabilty on the product page. Some exclusive collections are only available by calling a Client Advisor. For sold out products, you can request to be notified when it is back in stock.

Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders are processed in Curaçao within 3 days and overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-15 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
